A little while ago on nzgirl someone posted about a DIY ring holder they found on a blog. I had a look and found it had come from a blog called The Band Wife; which soon after rose quickly in the ranks to be one of my favourite blogs! I loved Laura's ring holder idea so decided to give it a go myself. I chose to spray paint my dinosaurs silver (my metal of choice) and really love how they turned out. Though I had visions of a Little Foot and his mom, I couldn't find a large brachiosaurus that was under $50, so went for a Ducky look-alike to hold extras like bracelets (If you don't know what I'm talking about you must go watch the movie this post's quote comes from ;) #nostalgia)

I think these could even make a cool DIY gift for friends this Chritsmas, and if dinosaurs aren't their thing you could choose their favourite animal (as long as it has places to hang things). 

I made these little guys as part of a big room organisation effort and I've really been enjoying how easy they make picking rings while keeping it all tidy. Plus they look super cool! ^.^
