In a world where designer leather handbags are beginning to be frowned upon by those supporting animals rights and our environment, it's refreshing to see people using all our world has to offer when creating fashion.
Now I'm not talking about exotic plants and tropical flowers,
I'm talking about toilet paper.
Yes i know, it's not something you associate with  fashion, but think again and keep reading...

I snagged front row seats at the fashion show held at the the Cloud as apart of the Real New Zealand Festival being held during the rugby world cup. The point was to show off New Zealand fashion and take a look at highlights of NZFW.
But the stand out collection for me wasn't Trelise Cooper or Stolen Girlfriends Club,

but the Kleenex Cottonelle Couture Collection.
A collection of dresses made of toilet paper and tissue paper.
And these is only one word i can use to describe it.
Stunning.

These are some photos i snapped of the collection.

Now how can you say this is not amazing?

Paired with diamonds and heels, the dresses were transformed from just toilet paper dresses, to runway worthy looks!

What do you guys think of toilet paper fashion?

Personally i would love to see a whole show of these, not just three looks.

oui ou non?
