Braids & Flowers - Hair Inspiration with Ellen

Before I fell in love with makeup, I fell in love with the art of hair. As a junior in high school I didn't know how to use makeup and we were very restricted with what we could wear by our school uniform. That pretty much left only my hair to experiment with. Once I discovered makeup in my later high school years, my hair took the back seat for a while. Recently I've been trying to regain my braiding skills and put a bit more effort into my hair. This morning I was feeling particularly inspired, so Tara and I did a little mini photoshoot before work with some flowers. It's nice sometimes just to be creative and do something different. I love looking at hairstyles on Pinterest, so this was me trying to bring my pin board to life in my own way for the blog.
