Remix: Old favourites, wth popping new accessories

"Creativity is not the finding of a thing, but the making something out of it after it is found."

— James Russell Lowell

Being on my kind of a tight student budget means that you can't really have all the clothes and things you want
or buy all the latest trends that you might like. It means you have to be selective about what you do buy, and I like
to think of myself of as the curator of my wardrobe, collecting items I'm excited about or add/update what I already
own. As a result, I am always looking for affordable ways to either add an affordable new season accessory (like my
new karen walker belt below), or ways to wear what I already have that is a bit more current.

I've had this top for so long and worn it so much I was super surprised that I couldn't find any outfits on the blog with
it before. I wanted to find a photo of it worn normally just to illustrate the flexibility a piece of clothing can be. This
particular top is just a simple hi-lo singlet with laser cut outs in the front, but in this particular outfit I pulled it down at
the back to create a cropped effect (without having to buy another top). I also turned around my trusty glassons skirt
(seen here, and here) since I'm not a fan of wearing gold accessories with dashes of other metals

lipstick - Rimmel Kate Moss '107'
sunglasses, watch c/o chicnova
skirt, bag - glassons
belt - karen walker
jumper - Valley Girl
boots - garage
top - dotti

Looking for the post I thought had this top in was kinda interesting, I was surprised how many of the outfits I had worn
previously I still really liked (and didn't look super outdated). Kinda shows that although it seems fashion changes super
fast, it's not working at light speed! I also think I need to do some shopping within in my own wardrobe again haha!
