Where the icing to cake ratio favours the icing...

Sometimes I get a piece of cake just so I can have the icing (especially if it's creme cheese) but go on to enjoy the cake too.

Today's outfit is similar in that I got dressed with the intention of wearing my new ballet flats

and the rest kind of spread from there, with a texture black backdrop for some

of my old and new favourite accessories to pop out from.

I'm a fan of accessories and their power to transform an look,

and sometimes I tend to be heavy handed on icing in an outfit also.

I was feeling a bit stuck on how to pose for these photos, hence the random yoga pose and 

experimental heart shot (they did turn out kinda cool in the end).

Hopefully the weathers good tomorrow so we can take some more photos with beautiful summer sunshine :)
