Getting in on the latest trend, poor student edition...

"I am always doing that which I cannot do, in order that I may learn how to do it. "
-Pablo Picasso

Learning something new is something I love to do. Even though the work load at University is picking up and has gotten a bit crazy,
there's still moments in lectures where they are talking about some amazing piece of science I never knew about,
and those moments of clarity makes all the craziness worthwhile.

Even though I love science and know I want to continue to learn and work with that for life, fashion is still something I also love.
At one point I even considered going into fashion design, but came to conclusion that I would enjoy fashion more as a passion than a career.
So here's a few photos of what a wore today, and a bit further down,
some photos of a impulse buy in a colour I'm feeling excited about at the moment:

shirt - op-shop
Tony Bianco boots - Andrea Biani
Wet-look leggings - Glasssons
Hunger Games necklace - Amazon
jumper - Valley Girl

Neons a trend that seems to be popping up in all the high street stores here. Im particularly in love with the bright yellow-green that's around.
Unfortunately since I havent been able to find an item of clothing that was a perfect addition to my wardrobe (not to mention the lack of funds),
So I've gone for the next best thing: new nail polish.
Even though I am a loyal Butter follower,
I couldn't help but grab a bottle of OPI 'Did it on 'em' when I was at the chemist.
At one coat it looked a bit gross (pus anyone?) but after three it was the perfect
neon green I was after!

(it does look slightly more pastel than in the photo :) )

Have you learn't anything new lately?
I've been working on a new dress and learnt how to make a pattern for a new type of sleeve!
So stay tuned for the reveal of that (sometime next week!)
