The hat that plants trees - Will & Bear
A recent addition to my wardrobe for the summer time has been this wool hat from Will & Bear. After much debate about style and colour I went for the Calloway in the colour fawn. These hats are made from 100% Australian wool by a family own millinery in Mongolia and for each hat you buy 10 trees are planted! Will & Bear planting trees also recently completed a crowdfunding campaign for a new range of hats made from recycled materials. So not only do you get a cool hat, you’re also supporting a small company doing some good out there in the world!
I thought since I’m a brunette and have a large amount of black in my wardrobe the lighter fawn colour would fit in well to my life, and it has! I’ve worn it out and about, to brunch, on a hike, and I can’t wait to go away to the beach for new years with it.

I ended up returning my original size and getting a small (even though my head should have fit a medium) as I wanted it to sit a little tilted on my head. So that's something to keep in mind when picking a size. I also picked up the hat clips which makes it easy to carry on your backpack for example on my journey through the airport back to NZ for the summer.
I recently featured this hat in a favourites video you can watch here:
